摘要
目的探讨巴林特小组活动对重症监护病房(ICU)护士护理不良事件、负性情绪及共情能力的影响。方法选取在ICU发生过护理不良事件的70名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各35名。对照组护士给予一般干预,研究组护士在对照组的基础上给予巴林特小组活动。干预前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、杰弗逊共情量表(JSEHP)评估两组护士的负性情绪及共情能力。入组后第二年比较两组护士不良事件发生率。结果干预后,研究组护士有害怕、紧张、罪恶感、焦虑心理、抑郁情绪人数均低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后,研究组护士JSE-HP总分及各维度评分均较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。入组后第二年,研究组护士护理不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动能够有效降低ICU护士护理不良事件的发生率,改善负性情绪,提升共情能力,适于临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of Balint group activities on nursing adverse events,negative emotions and empathy of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses.Methods Seventy nurses with nursing adverse events in ICU were selected as research objects and divided into research and control group according to random number table method,with 35 ones in each.Controls received general intervention and research group did Balint group activities on the basis of controls.Before and after intervention negative emotions and empathy were assessed for both groups using Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professions(JSE-HP).Incidences of adverse events were compared between two groups in the 2nd year after enrollment.Results After intervention the number of nurses with fear,tension,guilty feeling,anxiety,and depressive emotions was less in research than control group(P<0.01).After intervention the total and each dimension scores of the JSE-HP in both groups elevated compared with pre-intervention and those were higher in research than control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse events was lower in research than control group in the 2nd year after enrollment(P<0.05).Conclusion Balint group activities could effectively lower the incidence of nursing adverse events in ICU nurses,improve negative emotions and empathy ability,and are suitable for clinical promotion and application.
