摘要
高校师德师风是评价高校教师队伍素质的第一标准,在落实立德树人根本任务、实现高等教育内涵式发展、实施科教兴国战略等方面具有十分重要的地位和作用。然而,当前师德师风建设在理想与现实、德性与制度、师风与环境等关系上仍存在着失衡的困境。加之,高校师德师风建设是一项系统的工程,因此,需要从以理论指导与实践推动的结合、制度建设与个体修养的融合、环境营造与教育宣传的整合等方面来破解建设的困境,以推进新时代高校师德师风建设任务落到实处。
Teachers’ethics in colleges and universities is the primary standard for evaluating the quality of the teaching staff.It plays a vital role in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral integrity and talent,promoting the sustainable development of higher education,and supporting the strategy of rejuvenating the nation through science and education.However,there are still dilemmas involving the imbalance between ideals and reality,virtue and systems,and teacher’s conduct and the environment.Moreover,the construction of teachers’ethics and conduct in colleges and universities is a systematic project.Therefore,it is essential to address these dilemmas by integrating theoretical guidance with practical measures,combining system construction with individual cultivation,and integrating environmental development with educational promotion.This will ensure the effective implementation of the task of building teachers’ethics and moral conduct in the new era.
