基于振动状态分析的起重机械关键部件智能检测系统研制

摘要 本文介绍了起重机械电动机、减速机等关键部件检验检测要求,提出了一种基于振动状态分析的起重机械关键部件智能检测系统的实现方法,描述了其工作原理和特点。系统根据数据分析,给出故障诊断结果和智能运维建议。最后对其应用前景进行了展望。 This article introduces the inspection and detection requirements for key components such as electric motors and reducers in lifting machinery.It proposes an implementation method of an intelligent detection system for key components in lifting machinery based on vibration state analysis,and describes its working principle and characteristics.The system provides fault diagnosis results and intelligent operation and maintenance suggestions based on data analysis.And its application prospects are discussed.
