摘要
城乡融合与城乡义务教育一体化的耦合关系映射出教育与社会互动的内在机理。以城乡融合与城乡义务教育一体化相关变量的面板数据为依据,建立耦合发展模型,研究结果显示,我国城乡融合与城乡义务教育一体化的互动并非线性关系,而是受制于地域经济背景、政策导向及二元结构的特定情境。两者的耦合态势实现了从勉强协调到中度协调的积极转变,在人口、地域、经济、社会、生态与教育方面均展现出“量”的增长和“质”的提升;在空间格局上存在显著差异,呈现出以东部为核心逐渐向外扩散的“东高西低”样态。东部地区城乡义务教育一体化水平的提升体现了教育作为高端要素在社会发展中的引领作用,但也映射出教育领域在快速城镇化中的系统性保障不足;中部与东北部地区城乡融合的推进更多地响应了教育均衡配置的紧迫需求,但在教育主动融入城乡融合、发挥推动地域均衡发展的作用方面存在潜力空间。在中国式现代化进程中,面对城乡教育的鸿沟,亟待从空间视域切入,催化城乡融合与城乡义务教育一体化的双向驱动力,统筹构筑宏观理论制度体系,塑造逐级递进且自觉协同的政府治理模式,优化要素差异性流动以实现城乡空间使用价值的回归,完善指标与数据支撑以形成评价与耦合的联动机制,从而在尊重差异的基础上重塑城乡空间正义,促进城乡义务教育在两系统的耦合中持续跃升。
The coupling of urban-rural integration with the urban-rural integration of compulsory education reflects the internal mechanism for the interaction between education and society.This study,based on the variables-based panel data,creates a coupling-based development model.The research results show the following:There is no linear interaction between urban-rural integration and the urban-rural integration of compulsory education,subject to regional economy,policy orientation and the dual structure;the coupling helps achieve the active transformation from insufficient coordination to moderate coordination,and improve both quantity and quality in population,regions,economy,society,ecology and education;there is a significant difference in the spatial pattern,and the east-centered spatial pattern tends to expand outwards in the shape of"high east and low west"on the whole;the improved integration of urban-rural compulsory education in the eastern areas reflects the leading role of education as a high-end element in social development,but the lack of systematic guarantee in education in the rapid process of urbanization;and the promoted urban-rural integration in the central and northeast areas further responds to the urgent needs for the balanced allocation of educational resources,but there are potentials in the active integration of education into urban-rural integration and the promotion of the balanced regional development by education.In Chinese modernization,facing the gap between urban and rural education,we must,based on the spatial perspective,push forward both urban-rural integration and the urban-rural integration of compulsory education,coordinate macro theories and institutional systems,create a progressive and consciously coordinated model for government governance,optimize the differential flow of elements to restore the use value of urban-rural space,and improve indicators and data to develop a linkage mechanism for evaluation and coupling,so as to reshape urban-rural spatial justice based on respect for differences,and promote the continuous upgrading of urban-rural compulsory education in the coupling of the two systems.
