摘要
地热资源作为清洁能源,对推动能源结构转换、实现碳达峰碳中和目标具有重要作用。随着地热资源开发加快,地热定向井钻井数量逐年增多,定向井钻井技术在地热资源可持续开发利用中的作用愈加重要。为提高地热定向井施工速度和效率,对地热定向钻井工艺技术问题和天津地区地热定向井井身结构进行了分析,进行了地热定向井钻井工艺优化,优化了直井段防斜工艺、优选了造斜点、优化了定向钻具组合和工程参数、改进了钻井液体系。采用优化的地热定向井钻井在天津地区施工6井次,能保障井眼轨迹的合理施工,有效地提高了定向钻井的效率,取得了良好的效果。
Geothermal resource is a kind of clean energy.It plays an important role in promoting energy structure transformation and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.With accelerating development of geothermal resources,geothermal directional wells have been increasing year by year.Directional drilling technology has become more and more important in developing and utilizing geothermal resources.In order to improve geothermal directional drilling speed and efficiency,paper analyzed the technical issues of geothermal directional drilling technology and the wellbore structures of geothermal directional wells in Tianjin.Geothermal directional drilling technology optimization includes anti-deflection technology optimization of vertical well section,choice of KOP,optimization of BHA and parameters,improved drilling fluid system.Application of geothermal directional drilling technology optimization can ensure better well trajectory and improve directional efficiency in 6 wells in Tianjin.
