摘要
设计系统采用多层架构,包括感知层、网络层、应用层,并集成了无线传感网络、工业以太网、光纤通信技术,实现数据的高效传输和处理。数据预处理环节采用Apache Spark分布式计算架构,实现数据清洗、过滤、标准化以及融合。数据深度分析依赖大数据分析、机器学习、人工智能技术,使用MapReduce和流处理技术,实现监测数据模式识别和特征提取。系统引入智能预警机制,包括数据异常检测、故障预测模型、预警阈值设定以及报警策略,利用多种途径向运维人员发出报警信号。实验结果显示,设计的变电站设备在线监测系统在准确性、灵敏度、速度等方面均优于传统监测方法,能够更有效地保障变电站的安全运行。通过提高系统的智能化水平,可以满足现代电力系统对变电站设备管理的高要求,显著提高变电站的运行效率和可靠性。
The design system adopts multi-layer architecture,including sensing layer,network layer and application layer,and integrates wireless sensor network,industrial Ethernet and optical fiber communication technology to realize efficient data transmission and processing.The data preprocessing adopts Apache Spark distributed computing architecture to realize data cleaning,filtering,standardization and integration.Data depth analysis relies on big data analysis,machine learning and artificial intelligence technology,and uses MapReduce and stream processing technology to realize pattern recognition and feature extraction of monitoring data.The system introduces intelligent early warning mechanism,including data anomaly detection,fault prediction model,early warning threshold setting and alarm strategy,and sends alarm signals to operation and maintenance personnel in various ways.The experimental results show that the designed on-line monitoring system for substation equipment is superior to the traditional monitoring methods in accuracy,sensitivity and speed,and can ensure the safe operation of substation more effectively.By improving the intelligent level of the system,the high requirements of modern power system for substation equipment management can be met,and the operation efficiency and reliability of the substation can be significantly improved.
