摘要
目的:通过在治疗脑损伤后综合征患者时运用SL-150型半导体激光血管内照射治疗仪并联合神经肌电促通治疗仪的治疗手段,分析这种治疗方法与传统药物治疗之间的临床疗效。方法:在2020年1月~2023年1月收治的脑损伤后综合征患者中随机选取30例,均等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统药物治疗方案,观察组则给予仪器治疗方案,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的整体治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,治疗总有效率方面和头部CT以及MRI影响对比,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SL-150型半导体激光血管内照射治疗仪并联合神经肌电促通治疗仪的治疗手段在治疗脑损伤后综合征方面优势明显。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of SL-150 semiconductor laser intravascular irradiation therapy instrument combined with neuromyoelectric stimulation therapy instrument in the treatment of patients with post-brain injury syndrome.Methods:30 cases of patients with post-brain injury syndrome admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with traditional drug therapy,and the observation group was treated with instrument therapy.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Results:The overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment and the impact of head CT and MRI were better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SL-150 semiconductor laser intravascular irradiation therapy instrument combined with neuromyoelectric stimulation therapy instrument has obvious advantages in the treatment of post-brain injury syndrome.
