双源多层螺旋CT联合超声心动图在儿童复杂性先天性心脏病中的诊断价值分析

Analysis of Diagnostic Value of Dual-Source Multi-Slice Spiral CT Combined with Echocardiography in Complex Congenital Heart Disease in Children

摘要 目的:评估将不同检查方式,即双源多层螺旋CT、超声心动图、二者联合检查应用于儿童复杂性先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:选取2021年6月~2023年5月本院收治的105例复杂性先天性心脏病患儿,均接受双源多层螺旋CT、超声心动图、双源多层螺旋CT联合超声心动图检查,并接受手术治疗,将手术结果作为金标准。比较三种检查方式对儿童复杂性先天性心脏病心内畸形、心外畸形的检出结果及诊断效能。结果:双源多层螺旋CT、超声心动图联合所检出的患儿心内畸形占比、心外畸形占比较二者单独检查均更高;双源多层螺旋CT联合超声心动图检查的准确度高于二者单独检测,其准确度分别为70.25%(170/242)、75.62%(183/242)、95.04%(230/242),P<0.05。结论:双源多层螺旋CT联合超声心动图检查可有效检出复杂性先天性心脏病患儿心内外畸形情况,有着较高的准确度,在该疾病的临床检查中存在较高的诊断价值。 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of different examination methods,including dual-source multi-slice spiral CT,echocardiography,and their combination,in the diagnosis of complex congenital heart disease in children.Methods:105 children with complex congenital heart disease admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected,all of whom underwent dual-source multi-slice spiral CT,echocardiography,and a combination of dual-source multi-slice spiral CT and echocardiography,and underwent surgical treatment.The surgical results were used as the gold standard.Compare the detection results and diagnostic efficacy of three examination methods for complex congenital heart disease in children with intracardiac and extracardiac anomalies.Results:The proportion of intracardiac malformations and extracardiac malformations detected by the combination of dual-source multi-slice spiral CT and echocardiography was higher in both cases when examined alone;The accuracy of dual-source multi-slice spiral CT combined with echocardiography was higher than that of single detection,with accuracies of 70.25%(170/242),75.62%(183/242),and 95.04%(230/242),respectively,with P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of dual-source multi-slice spiral CT and echocardiography can effectively detect intracardiac and extracardiac anomalies in children with complex congenital heart disease,with high accuracy and diagnostic value in the clinical examination of this disease.
