摘要
斜齿轮螺旋线总偏差检测受限于检测设备的体积,成为制约矿用磨机特大齿轮检测的瓶颈。针对此问题,建立螺旋线总偏差检测数学模型,设计了专用螺旋线总偏差的检测程序。通过实践应用,实现了特大齿轮螺旋线总偏差的精确检测,为大齿轮检测提供了全新的检测方法。
The detection of total deviation of the helical line for helical gear is limited by the volume of detection equipment,which has become a bottleneck restricting the detection of super-large gear of mine mill.Aiming at this problem,a mathematical model for the detection of total deviation of the helical line was established in this paper,and a special detection program for the total deviation of the helical line was designed.Through practical application,the accurate detection of total deviation of the helical line for super-large gear was realized,which provided a new detection method for the detection of large gears.
