摘要
目的探讨宣教读本联合医疗游戏在学龄期阑尾炎手术患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法在2022年3月至2023年6月在延安大学附属医院收治的学龄期阑尾炎患儿中纳入106例进行研究,将106患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例。两组均实施常规护理,研究组同时实施宣教读本联合医疗游戏干预。对比入组时、术前1 d及术后3 d患儿的儿童医疗恐惧调查量表(the Child Medical Fear Scale,CMFS)及儿童行为量表(Child Behavior Checklist,CBCL)评分,评估围术期患儿对治护操作的依从性,并在患儿出院时对比两组患儿家属的纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale,NSNS)评分。结果入组后,两组患儿CMFS各维度评分及总分呈逐渐降低趋势,且术前1 d及术后3 d研究组患儿各评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。入组后,两组患儿CBCL评分呈逐渐降低趋势,且术前1 d及术后3 d研究组患儿CBCL评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患儿围术期总依从率高于对照组,出院时其家属NSNS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前,通过宣教读本联合医疗游戏对学龄期阑尾炎患儿进行干预,可降低围术期患儿的医疗恐惧感觉及不良行为,使其对治疗及护理操作的依从性得到提升,进而提升患儿家属对科室护理的满意度。
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of educational materials combined with medical games in school-age children with appendicitis.MethodsA total of 106 school-age children with appendicitis admitted to the Yan′an University Affiliated Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study by convenience sampling method,and the 106 children were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.Routine care was implemented for two groups,while the study group simultaneously implemented a combination of educational materials and medical game interventions.The scores of the Child Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)and the Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)were compared at enrollment,1 day before surgery and 3 days after surgery.The patients'compliance with the nursing operation during perioperative period was assessed,and the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)scores of the families of the two groups were compared at discharge.ResultsAfter enrollment,the CMFS scores and total scores of the two groups showed a gradually decreasing trend,and the scores of the study group were lower than the control group 1 day before surgery and 3 days after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After enrollment,the CBCL score of the two groups showed a gradually decreasing trend,and the CBCL score of the study group was lower than that of the control group 1 day before surgery and 3 days after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of children in the study group was higher than that of the control group during perioperative period,and the NSNS score of their family members was higher than that of the control group at discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsBefore surgery,by using an educational materials combined with medical games to intervene in children with appendicitis during the school-age,we can reduce the children′s medical fear and negative behavior during the perioperative period,improve their compliance with treatment and nursing interventions,and ultimately improve the satisfaction of the children′s family with the nursing care in the department.
