摘要
目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rb bFGF)与美盐敷料联合运用于慢性难愈合创面修复中的效果。方法随机选取2020年8月-2023年8月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院急诊外科收治的100例慢性难愈合创面患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,各50例。对照组应用美盐敷料治疗,观察组应用美盐敷料联合rb-bFGF治疗,观察两组临床疗效、生长因子表达水平、瘢痕增生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.273,P=0.004);治疗后1个月、3个月,观察组表皮生长因子(epi⁃dermal growth factor,EGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组瘢痕组织评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性难愈合创面修复中运用rb-bFGF联合美盐敷料的效果显著,可以提高EGF、VEGF表达水平,避免恢复期间瘢痕增生。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)com⁃bined with salt dressing in the repair of chronic refractory wounds.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic re⁃fractory wounds admitted to the emergency surgery department of Ningde City Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salt dressing,and the observation group was treated with salt dressing combined with rb-bFGF.The clinical efficacy,growth factor expression level and scar hyperplasia of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50)higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(χ2=8.273,P=0.004);at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,the levels of epider⁃mal growth factor(EGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the scar tissue score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rb-bFGF combined with salt dressing in the repair of chronic refractory wounds has a significant effect,can improves the expression levels of EGF and VEGF,and avoids scar hy⁃perplasia during recovery.
