摘要
目的 探究针对腰椎融合术后脑脊液漏患者应用加速康复外科理念下临床护理干预路径的效果。方法 采用随机抽样法选取2022年1月—2023年11月黔西南州人民医院收治的60例腰椎融合术后脑脊液漏患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组提供常规护理,观察组提供基于加速康复外科理念下的临床护理干预路径,对比两组术后恢复情况、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组患者的首次下床时间(4.43±1.01)d、首次排便时间(2.33±0.34)d,均短于对照组的(5.98±1.45)d、(3.54±0.59)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.484、9.733,P均<0.05)。观察组的生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在腰椎融合术后脑脊液漏患者实施加速康复外科理念下的临床护理干预路径可缩短患者首次下床时间、住院时间,改善其生活质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of the clinical nursing intervention path under the concept of fast track sur⁃gery for patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar fusion.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebrospi⁃nal fluid leakage after lumbar fusion admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects by randomly sampling method and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was provided with routine nursing,and the observa⁃tion group was provided with clinical nursing intervention path nursing under the concept of fast track surgery.The postoperative recovery,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the first time out of bed of patients in the observation group was(4.43±1.01)d and the first defecation time was(2.33±0.34)d,both shorter than(5.98±1.45)d and(3.54±0.59)d of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(t=8.484,9.733,both P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the clinical nursing intervention path under the concept of fast track surgery in patients with cerebrospi⁃nal fluid leakage after lumbar fusion can shorten the first time out of bed and hospitalization time,improve their qual⁃ity of life,and increase nursing satisfaction.
