摘要
目的探讨家庭尊严干预对肺癌晚期患者的影响。方法选择2022年1月至2023年8月陆军第七十三集团军医院肿瘤中心70例肺癌晚期患者为对象,随机数字表法分为两组各35例。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组联合家庭尊严干预,3个月干预后评估患者效果,比较两组心理、希望水平及生活质量。结果干预后两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前且观察组更低(P<0.05);干预后两组对现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动、与他人保持密切关系、C-QOL评分均于高于干预前且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论家庭尊严干预能减轻肺癌晚期患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高希望水平、生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of family dignity intervention on advanced patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced lung cancer in the Cancer Center of the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Army from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with family dignity intervention.After 3 months of intervention,the effects of the patients were evaluated,and the psychology,hope level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in two groups after intervention were lower than before intervention and lower in observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions of hope level and C-QOL score of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Family dignity intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with advanced lung cancer,improve the level of hope and quality of life.
