摘要
传统公路养护工程面临数据处理效率低下、决策缺乏科学性和资源调配浪费等问题。在此背景下,数字化施工技术应运而生,逐渐成为提升公路养护效率和质量的重要手段。详细探讨了数字化施工技术在养护工程中的应用,通过引入物联网、传感器设备、人工智能和机器学习等技术,实现了对养护过程的精准数据收集、智能分析和科学决策。以北京市白马路工程为例,展示了数字化养护工程的实施效果。该项目通过建立详细的数字化指标体系,利用物联网技术、传感器设备和数字化施工系统,对铣刨、摊铺、碾压等施工过程中的主要技术指标进行了监测,并基于数值化施工技术进行了工程设计,实现了养护过程的数字化管理,不仅提高了数据处理和分析的效率,改善了决策的科学性,而且还优化了资源调配和工作协同,解决了传统养护工程中的诸多问题。
Traditional highway maintenance projects face issues such as low data processing efficiency,lack of scientific decision-making and resource allocation waste.Then,digital construction technology has emerged and gradually become an important means to enhance the efficiency and quality of highway maintenance.The application of digital construction technology in maintenance projects was explored.Technologies of IoT,sensor devices,artificial intelligence and machine learning were introduced to achieve precise data collection,intelligent analysis and scientific decision-making in this paper.The Baima Road project in Beijing was taken as an example to demonstrate the effects of digital maintenance engineering.The project established a detailed digital index system to monitor key technical indicators in processes of milling,paving,and rolling by IoT technology,sensor devices and digital construction systems.Based on numerical construction technology,it implemented digital management of the maintenance process,which not only improved data processing and analysis efficiency and enhanced the scientific nature of decision-making but also optimized resource allocation and work collaboration,effectively solved many problems in traditional maintenance projects.
