摘要
高职教育致力于培养具有优秀文化素养和卓越实践能力的应用型人才,目前部分高职院校在教育实践中过分强调专业技能培养,相对忽视人文素养培育的重要性,导致学生在职业素养、心理素质和文化修养等方面存在诸多不足。本文基于“职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划”提出高职院校可通过优化课程设置,多渠道提升教师的人文素养,构建人文气息校园文化,整合社会资源拓展学习平台,提升学生的人文素养。
Higher vocational education is committed to cultivating applied talents with solid theoretical foundations and excellent practical abilities.At present,some vocational colleges excessively emphasize the cultivation of professional skills in educational practice,while relatively neglecting the importance of humanistic literacy education,which leads to deficiencies in students'professional literacy,psychological quality,and cultural cultivation.Based on the"Special Training Plan for On-site Engineers in Vocational Education",this article proposes that vocational colleges can improve students'humanistic literacy through optimizing curriculum design,improving teachers'humanistic qualities through multiple channels,building a humanistic campus culture,and integrating social resources to expand learning platforms.
