甲烷在乳液中溶解度的计算

摘要 甲烷水合物相平衡研究在水合物储运和可燃冰开采领域有着非常重要的意义。首先利用Patel-Teja状态方程迭代计算甲烷在气相中的逸度,然后以Krichevsky-Kasarnovsy方程为基础,建立体系相平衡时甲烷在乳液中溶解度的数学模型,并对所建数学模型进行验证,发现不同压力和温度条件下的计算结果与相同条件下文献实验测量结果之间误差较小(小于4%)。因此,当实验条件不满足或需要的数据物性手册没有时,所建的溶解度计算模型对乳液中甲烷溶解度具有一定预测价值。 The study of methane hydrate phase equilibrium is of great significance in the field of hydrate storage and transportation and combustible ice mining.In this paper,the fugacity of methane in the gas phase was iteratively calculated using the Patel-Teja equation of state.Then,based on the Krichevsky-Kasarnovsy equation,a mathematical model of the solubility of methane in the emulsion in the equilibrium state was established,and the mathematical model was verified.It was found that the error between the calculated results under different pressure and temperature conditions and the experimental results under the same conditions was small(less than 4%).Therefore,when the experimental conditions are not satisfied or the required data in physical property manual is not available,the model established in this paper has certain predictive value for methane solubility in emulsion.
