摘要
污泥调理是污水处理过程中的重要步骤。重庆某污水处理厂设计污水处理能力4万t/d,采用A^(2)/O工艺,出水水质达到GB181918-2002一级A标。污泥通过板框高压压滤机脱水后外运处置。板框压滤机设备故障较为频繁,产泥率较低,药耗较高。该厂的调理池使用的污泥调理剂是氧化钙和三氯化铁,其中氧化钙单耗142 kg/t左右,三氯化铁用量49 kg/t左右,存在药剂使用量较多,药耗成本较高的问题。对于此,本工作开展了污泥脱水调理剂的试验,首先针对污泥调理药剂进行了优化选择对比,随后对污泥调理药品投加量的优化开展了研究。通过药品优化之后氧化钙的添加量降低了62.5%,三氯化铁用量降低了25.9%,实现了降本增效。
Sludge conditioning is an important step in sewage treatment.A sewage treatment plant in Chongqing has a treatment capacity of 40 000 t/d,using A~2/O process,and the effluent quality meets the class A standard(GB181918-2002).The sludge was dehydrated by a plate and frame high-pressure filter press and then transported for disposal.The plate and frame filter press equipment malfunctions frequently,resulting in low mud production rate and high drug consumption.The sludge conditioner used in the conditioning tank of the factory was calcium oxide and ferric chloride,with a unit consumption of about 142 kg/t of calcium oxide and about 49 kg/t of ferric chloride.There was a problem of high dosage and high cost of medication.Thus,the experiments on sludge dewatering regulators and research on optimizing the dosage of sludge conditioning drugs were conducted.After optimization,the addition of calcium oxide decreased by 62.5% and the amount of ferric chloride decreased by 25.9%,achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
