基于手机光线传感器的手机模拟光度计对分光光度法教学的提升

摘要 使用智能手机进行分光光度计的模拟实验,以不同波长的LED为光源,手机环境光线传感器为检测器,组成简易手机模拟光度计,对有色溶液进行检测实验。手机上安装通用光照强度计软件后,可以在屏幕上直接实时显示样品的透射光强度值,进而计算透光率、吸光度等数值,因此实验结果可以当场快速验证,有利于引导学生学习分光光度法的原理,并对实验结果、实验现象进行分析和思考。利用手机模拟光度计设计了一系列实验,并逐步进行改进,使手机模拟光度计的测量结果逐渐接近商用分光光度计的结果;实验设计循序渐进,逐步深入,可以使学生通过实际操作,更深刻地理解分光光度法的基本概念和原理,有效提高分光光度法教学的教学效果。 A series of experiments were conducted using a smartphone to simulate a spectrophotometer.Several LEDs with different wavelengths were used as light sources,and ambient light sensor of mobile phone were used as detector to construct a simple mobile phone simulated photometer,and detection experiments were conducted on colored solutions.After installing universal light intensity meter softwares on the mobile phone,the transmitted light intensity value of the sample can be directly displayed in real time on the screen,and then values such as transmittance and absorbance can be calculated.The experimental results can be quickly verified on the spot,which was conducive to guiding students to learn the principle of spectrophotometry,analyze and reflect on the experimental results and phenomena.A series of experiments were designed using a mobile phone simulated photometer,and gradually improved to make the measurement results of the mobile phone simulated photometer gradually approach those of commercial spectrophotometers.The experimental design is gradual and progressive,so it can enable students to understand the basic concepts and principles of spectrophotometry method more accurately through practical operation,and effectively improve the teaching effect of spectrophotometry teaching.
