高掺量RAP温拌再生沥青混合料动态黏弹特性研究

摘要 为评价高掺量RAP(reclaimed asphalt pavement)温拌再生沥青混合料的动态黏弹特性,为其在沥青路面设计过程中提供设计参数。采用沥青混合料简单性能试验机(SPT),对设不同类型(AC-20、AC-25)和不同RAP掺量(AC-20掺量为60%,70%和80%,AC-25掺量为50%,60%和70%)的温拌再生沥青混合料,在不同试验温度、加载频率下的动态性能进行测试,根据时间-温度等效原理,确定不同温拌再生沥青混合料的动态模量主曲线;同时建立温拌再生沥青混合料动态模量预测模型。结果表明:温拌再生沥青混合料的动态模量随试验温度的升高,加载频率降低而降低,温度越低,加载频率越高,温拌再生沥青混合料越接近弹性体;当RAP掺量为70%时,AC-20温拌再生沥青混合料的动态模量最大;当RAP掺量大于50%时,温拌再生沥青混合料能够满足高模量沥青混合料的要求;建立的温拌再生沥青混合料动态模量预测模型精确度可达92%。 To evaluate the dynamic viscoelastic properties of warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture with high content RAP( reclaimed asphalt pavement) and provide a theoretical basis for it in the design of asphalt pavement,this paper adopts the simple performance testing machine(SPT) to test the dynamic modulus.The dynamic performance of recycled asphalt mixtures of different types(AC-20,AC-25) and RAP contents(60%,70%,80% for AC-20 and 50%,60%,70% for AC-25) was tested at different temperatures and frequencies.According to the time-temperature superposition principle,the dynamic modulus master-curves of different warm-mix recycled asphalt mixtures were obtained;at the same time,the prediction model about the dynamic modulus of the warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture was established.The findings demonstrate that as test temperature is raised and loading frequency is lowered,the dynamic modulus of the warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture falls,and the lower the temperature,the higher the loading frequency,and the closer the warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is to the elastomer.The dynamic modulus of AC-20 warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture is largest when the RAP content is 70%;when the RAP content is more than 50%,the asphalt mixture can meet the requirements of high-modulus asphalt mixture;and the dynamic modulus prediction model for this mixture can be 92% accurate.
