考虑位置/角度偏移量的切向跟随轨迹规划

摘要 针对数控加工中刀具刀尖方向问题,提出了考虑刀具位置、角度偏移量的切向跟随轨迹规划方法,在曲线离散“以直代曲”的基础上,可实现对任意二维曲线任意转角过渡情形下的跟随路径规划。在现有数控系统直线插补G01、圆弧插补G02的基础上,可以完成对加工G代码编程路径中任意转角的连续切向过渡,平稳跟随,可应用于数控焊接、磨削、裁剪等加工领域。仿真实验表明,所提出的考虑刀具位置、角度偏移量的轨迹规划算法,可以较准确地对加工编程路径进行切向跟随。 Aimed at the problem of tool tip direction in CNC machining,a tangent path planning method considering tool position and angle offset is proposed.On the basis of curve discrete"replacing curve with line",the path planning can be realized in the case of arbitrary two-dimensional curve and arbitrary angle transition.Based on the linear interpolation G01 and circular interpolation G02 of the existing CNC system,the continuous tangential transition of any corner in the programming path of G code program can be completed,and the smooth following can be achieved,and can be applied to the processing fields such as CNC welding,grinding,cutting,etc.The simulation results show that the proposed trajectory planning algorithm considering tool position and angle offset can accurately follow the machining program path.
