摘要
模块化建筑是将建筑分割为模块单元,在工厂将拆分模块进行预生产再到现场进行组装,通过结构连接形成有机的建筑整体。为适应模块化建筑的理念,机电系统模块化水平也有待提升,模块间的机电管线连接是关键。为提升机电系统与建筑的匹配度,更好发挥模块化建筑的优势,提升模块化建筑安装效率,针对目前模块化建筑快速施工中遇到的机电安装问题和建筑功能提升需求,依据现有行业规范导则,梳理了模块化建筑机电设计方案可行性、预留预埋的注意事项,并从管线材质和连接方式的选择、给排水设计方案及模块内机电敷设方式等方面给出了解决方案,可为今后模块化建筑机电系统设计与施工的顺利实施提供参考借鉴。
Modular Integrated Construction is the process of dividing a building into modular units,which are pre-produced in the factory and then assembled on-site to form an organic building through connections.To adapt to the concept of Modular Integrated Construction,the level of modularization of electromechanical systems also needs to be improved,Electromechanical pipeline connection between modules is the key.In order to improve the matching degree between the electromechanical system and the building,better utilize the advantages of modular buildings,and enhance the installation efficiency of modular buildings,in response to the electromechanical installation and building function improvement needs encountered in the rapid construction of modular buildings,based on existing industry norms and guidelines,the feasibility of modular building design schemes,precautions for reservation and embedment,and solutions from the selection of pipeline materials and connection methods,water supply and drainage design schemes,and electromechanical installation methods within the module are sorted out,which can provide reference for the smooth implementation of electromechanical system design and construction of modular buildings in the future.
