摘要
目的探究银翘散泡浴方联合循经刮痧治疗小儿发热伴咳嗽的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2023年12月于江西省信丰县妇幼保健院住院治疗的82例外感发热、咳嗽患儿,根据治疗方案不同分为西医组(38例)和中医组(44例),西医组接受常规治疗,中医组基于中和医派思想采用银翘散泡浴方联合循经刮痧治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果中医组发热及咳嗽消失时间均短于西医组,中医组总有效率高于西医组(均P<0.05);治疗后2组患儿咳嗽、流涕等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且中医组较西医组更低(P<0.05)。结论银翘散泡浴方联合循经刮痧治疗小儿发热、咳嗽效果显著,可快速降温,改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,提升临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder bath prescription combined with Xunjing scrapping in treating fever and cough in children.Methods A total of 82 children with abnormal fever and cough who were treated in Xinfeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into Western medicine group(38 cases)and TCM group(44 cases)according to different treatment plans.The Western medicine group received conventional treatment,while the TCM group was treated with Yinqiao powder bath prescription combined with Xunjing scrapping under the guidance of Zhonghe medical school.The clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results The time for fever and cough to disappear in TCM group was shorter than that in Western group.The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that in Western group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as cough and runny nose in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in TCM group were lower than those in Western group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao powder bath prescription combined with Xunjing scrapping has significant effect in treating fever and cough in children.It can reduce temperature rapidly,improve clinical symptoms,shorten treatment time and enhance clinical curative effect.
