摘要
肾移植受者需要终身服用免疫抑制药物,良好的药物素养是预防移植物排斥反应的前提。本文对肾移植受者药物素养的定义、评估工具、影响因素和干预措施进行综述,旨在为医护人员采取有效措施来提高肾移植受者药物素养提供参考。
Renal graft recipients need to take immunosuppressive drugs for life,and good medication literacy is the premise of preventing graft rejection.This article reviewed the definition,assessment tools,influencing factors and intervention measures of medication literacy in renal graft recipients,aiming to provide reference for medical staff to take effective measures to improve the medication literacy of renal graft recipients.
