葛根对不同炎症模型干预作用研究

摘要 文章旨在探究葛根提取物对不同炎症动物模型的干预作用,从而为开发新型抗炎药提供思路。实验采用二甲苯诱导耳肿胀炎症模型,角叉菜胶诱导足肿胀炎症模型,分别观察耳肿胀度或足肿胀度。与空白组相比,模型组的肿胀率均较高,说明造模均成功。在耳肿胀实验中,阳性药品给药组和葛根提取液给药组的肿胀抑制率分别为62.92%和66.69%;在足肿胀实验中,阳性药品给药组和葛根提取液给药组的肿胀抑制率分别为60.77%和63.77%。结果表明,小鼠急性耳肿胀和足肿胀炎症模型方法可靠,阳性药品给药组和葛根提取液给药组的肿胀抑制率均较好,说明葛根具有抗炎抑制作用,为葛根提取物的进一步开发和应用提供了理论依据。 To provide ideas for the development of novel anti-inflammatory drugs,this article investigated the interventional effects of pueraria extract on different animal models of inflammation.A model of xylene-induced ear swelling inflammation and a model of carrageenan-induced foot swelling inflammation were constructed to observe the ear swelling or foot swelling.In the experiment of ear swelling and foot swelling,the swelling rate of the model groups was higher than that of the blank group,indicating that the modeling was successful.In the ear swelling experiment,the swelling inhibition rates of the positive drug administration group and the pueraria extract administration group were 62.92%and 66.69%,respectively.In the foot swelling experiment,the swelling inhibition rates of the positive drug administration group and the pueraria extract administration group were 60.77%and 63.77%,respectively.It indicated that the model method of acute ear swelling and foot swelling inflammation in mice was reliable.The swelling inhibition rates were good in the positive drug administration group and the pueraria extract administration group,which indicated that pueraria had the anti-inflammatory inhibition effect and provided a theoretical basis for the further development and applications of pueraria.
