摘要
奋斗精神是人内心一种积极的价值态度和价值反映,贯穿于人学习成长的全过程。对新时代大学生奋斗精神培育的时代价值、现状以及劳动实践路径进行探索,有助于教师在理论层面坚持教育与生产劳动相结合,在实践层面开设劳动教育课,从而指明学生奋斗方向,明确奋斗目标,形成奋斗自信,提升奋斗本领,最终促进学生奋斗精神的培养,培育满足社会发展的新时代青年。
The spirit of struggle represents a positive internal value attitude,deeply integrated into an individual’s learning and growth process.Exploring the contemporary value,current state,and practical labor pathways for cultivating the spirit of struggle in college students during the new era helps educators combine education with productive labor at the theoretical level.At the practical level,it involves offering labor education courses to guide students in their struggle,clarify their goals,build confidence,and enhance their abilities.Ultimately,this promotes the cultivation of the spirit of struggle,fostering youth who can meet the demands of societal development in the new era.
