摘要
目的:分析宫颈癌患者手术治疗之后接受系统规范化联合个性护理对康复效果以及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取本院2018年2月至2020年2月接诊的患者作为研究对象,患者共计有90例,均确诊为宫颈癌。随机将其分为两组,对照组45例,给予常规护理,研究组45例,给予系统规范化护理干预联合个性护理干预。护理前后,观察两组抑郁状态[抑郁(SDS)及焦虑(SAS)评分]、并发症[盆腔淋巴囊肿、性功能障碍、绝经期症状]发生率、生活质量(躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能)评分及护理满意率。结果:1)研究组SDS、SAS评分情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2)研究组与对照组并发症发生率比较(2.22%VS 8.88%,P>0.05);3)研究组的生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05);4)研究组与对照组护理满意率比较(97.78%VS 62.22%,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌术后患者接受系统规范化联合个性护理,可明显缓解抑郁、焦虑的心理状态,促使患者生活质量得以提高,达到患者满意。
Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic standardized combined personalized nursing on rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of patients with cervical cancer after surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 90 patients admitted to our hospital(2018.02~2020.02)were selected as the study objects,all of whom were diagnosed with cervical cancer.They were divided into two groups randomly:control group(45 cases),given routine nursing,study group(45 cases),given systematic standardized nursing intervention combined with personalized nursing intervention.Depression status[SDS and SAS scores],incidence of complications[pelvic lymphocysts,sexual dysfunction,menopausal symptoms],quality of life(physical function,psychological function,social function)scores and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed before and after care.Results:1)Compared to the scores of SDS and SAS in the control group,those in the study group were significantly better(P<0.05).2)Compared to the complication rate of the control group(2.22%),that of the study group was higher(P>0.05);3)Compared to the quality of life score of the control group,that of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);4)The nursing satisfaction rate between the study group and the control group was compared(97.78%VS 62.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients receiving systematic standardized combined personalized nursing after cervical cancer surgery can significantly alleviate the psychological state of depression and anxiety,improve the quality of life of patients,and achieve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
