摘要
党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》强调,进一步全面深化改革要“更加注重系统集成,更加注重突出重点,更加注重改革实效”。“三个更加注重”坚持问题导向,精准锚定进一步全面深化改革的发力点;“三个更加注重”要求在进一步全面深化改革中坚持正确的方法论;“三个更加注重”聚焦时代主题,与中国式现代化目标任务相适应。“三个更加注重”充分彰显了新时代全面深化改革的鲜明特点。“三个更加注重”既体现了中国共产党对改革面临各种挑战的清醒认识、推进改革的决心和定力,又在方法论层面上展现了中国共产党领导改革的智慧。
The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes in the guiding ideology of further deepening reform comprehensively that we will channel greater energy into making our reforms integrated,focused,and effective.The“three further emphases”adheres to the problem-oriented,accurately anchor the focal points for further deepening reform comprehensively.It requires that the correct methodology should be adhered to in further deepening reform comprehensively.It focuses on the themes of the times and adapts to the goal and task of Chinese modernization.The“three further emphases”fully demonstrates the distinctive characteristics of the comprehensively deepening reform in the new era.The“three further emphases”not only reflects the Communist Party of China’s clear understanding of the various challenges facing reform and determination to promote reform,and shows the wisdom of the leadership of the Communist Party of China in reform at the methodological level.
