摘要
自动告警是变电站自动化监测系统的关键功能,但现有方法的漏报率和虚警率较高,难以实现精准告警。为此,提出了一种基于网络监控技术的变电站运行异常状态自动告警方法。通过多簇划分将变电站分为多个异构监控区域,利用无线网络传输异常变量数据,并采用RVM算法进行数据分类和异常特征提取,最后通过可靠性模型识别异常状态并发出告警。实验结果显示,该方法的漏报率和虚警率均低于1%,在变电站自动化监测领域展现出广阔的应用前景。
Automatic alarm is a key function of substation automatic monitoring system,but currently prevailing methods are inferior in accuracy due to high false negative ratios and false alarm ratios.The present work made a preliminary attempt to establish a network monitoring-based method for the automatic alarm of operational abnormal states.The method divides the substation into multiple heterogeneous monitoring areas through multi cluster partitioning,uses wireless network to transmit abnormal variable data,utilizes RVM algorithm for data classification and abnormal feature extraction,and identify and alarms against operational abnormal states through reliability model.The method was experimentally indicated to achieve a false negative ratio and a false alarm ratio both below 1%,and hence to have a potential applicative prospect in the field of substation automatic monitoring.
