摘要
产教融合、校企合作是当前及今后一个时期我国教育改革与发展的方向。建设产教融合型企业是实现真正意义上的产教融合的必由之路与主要抓手。分析河南省产教融合型企业的地域、类别、属性特征,发现存在区域分布不均衡、行业分布不协调、培育数量比例不对应、校企供需不匹配等问题,提出产业转型升级、分地分类施策、成立产教融合联盟、健全保障机制等措施,促进产教融合型企业健康可持续发展。
The integration of industry and education,as well as school-enterprise cooperation,represent the direction of China's educational reform and development for the current and future periods.In order to realize the integration of industry-education,it is necessary to build industry-education integrated enterprise.By analyzing the region,category and characteristics of industry-education integrated enterprises in Henan province,it is found that there are some problems,such as unbalanced regional distribution,uncoordinated industry distribution,unmatched proportion of cultivated quantity,mismatch between supply and demand.Then this paper puts the measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry-education integration enterprises,such as industrial transformation and upgrading,local and classified policies,the establishment of industry and education integration alliance,and the sound guarantee mechanism.
