摘要
为实现低功耗、高稳定性高压微机远程监测,设计并实现了一套基于传感器的高压微机远程监测系统。根据系统需求将系统整体框架分为温湿度采集器、集中器、客户端、上位机4个部分,进行了系统硬件选型和软件设计,重点设计了高压微机温度传感器和湿度传感器,对所设计的温湿度传感器和系统进行了验证测试。结果表明,所设计的温度传感器在温度为20~100℃时,具有良好的温度敏感特性,可快速响应温度变化;所设计的湿度传感器对湿度的敏感性良好,灵敏度为0.647,线性度R2为0.952,可快速响应湿度变化。
In order to achieve low power consumption and high stability remote monitoring of high voltage computers,a high voltage microcomputer remote monitoring system based on sensors was designed and implemented with temperature and humidity as the monitoring objectives.According to the system requirements,the overall framework of the system is divided into four parts:temperature and humidity collector,concentrator,cclient and host computer,the system hardware selection and software design are carried out,the high-voltage microcomputer temperature sensor and humidity sensor are designed,and the designed temperature and humidity sensor and system are verified and tested.The results showed that the designed temperature sensor had good temperature sensitivity and repeatability at temperatures ranging from 20℃to 100℃,with a resolution of 0.5℃,and could quickly respond to temperature changes.The designed humidity sensor had good sensitivity to humidity,with a sensitivity of 0.647 and a linearity of R2=0.952,which can quickly respond to humidity changes.
