摘要
益元散首载于刘河间《黄帝素问宣明论方•痢门》,由滑石、甘草组成,目前多作为清暑利湿之剂。通过回溯河间学术思想与历代医药典籍,文章对益元散方名、方义、主治源流及组方特色进行考证、梳理、解析,发现益元散原书主治涵盖内外各科七十余证,与当今认知具有显著差异。笔者认为益元散具有鲜明“气一元论”内涵,在河间玄府理论视角下,既可甘寒解热,亦能淡渗利窍,通过畅达气、血、津、液、精、神治疗各类热郁疾患,是刘河间在火风、燥火行令的时空背景下以开玄手法治疗阳热怫郁的代表方剂,在当今疑难病症的治疗中发挥着解毒、利窍、疗疮等作用,本文为还原益元散的制方思想和扩展现代应用提供理论支撑。
Yiyuan San,consisted of talc and licorice,is first published in Huangdi Suwen Xuanming Lunfang written by Liu Wansu in the Jin Dynasty.Currently,it is mostly regarded as a formula for clearing Heat and Dampness.By analyzing the connotation of Yiyuan San with the help of Liu′s academic thought and ancient medical books,this paper identifies the correct names,mean,treatment,and characteristic of it.Then we find that the therapeutic effects of Yiyuan San cover lots of diseases,which is different from present understanding.Under the perspective of Xuanfu,it can treat various kinds of disorders by promoting the circulation of Qi,Blood,body Fluids,essence.It is a representative formula of Liu′s treatment of dredging Xuanfu under the special spatial and temporal background,and it is playing a role of treating Heat,detoxifying Toxins,dredging Xuanfu,and treating sores now.This paper provides a theoretical support for the restoration of the formulamaking thought of Yiyuan San and the expansion of its modern applications.
