全自动RaA氡测量仪研制

摘要 应对当前铀矿地质勘查领域中对土壤氡快速、准确检测的需求,设计了一款全自动RaA测氡仪。该仪器采用泵吸式主动取样,将土壤中气体通过采样器抽取至高压静电吸附腔内,对RaA子体进行富集。利用卷带式全自动换带结构,实现粒子收集带的自动更换,确保测量的连续性和高效性。通过一体化探测器,配合高灵敏度的幅值提取模块,精确采集并分析α谱数据。双气泵气路设计使排气和取气气路能够自动切换,无需手动插拔管道,确保全程监测并动态修正气体流量。系统还采用嵌入式程序设计,配备背光液晶显示屏和USB接口,实现与上位机程序的数据交互及远程控制。经实验验证,该仪器满足检定规程要求,在实际应用中可靠性高。该仪器自动化程度高,减少了人为操作误差,提升了数据的可靠性和一致性。在铀矿勘查领域具有广泛的应用前景,并为相关领域研究和应用提供了有力的技术支持。 To meet the current demand for rapid and accurate soil radon detection in the field of uranium exploration,a fully automatic RaA radon detector was designed.The instrument uses a pump-suction active sampling method to extract gas from the soil through a sampler into a high-voltage electrostatic adsorption chamber,enriching RaA progeny.The use of a tape-based automatic tape-changing structure ensures the automatic replacement of the particle collection tape,maintaining measurement continuity and efficiency.An integrated detector,combined with a high-sensitivity amplitude extraction module,accurately collects and analyzes alpha spectrum data.The dual-pump gas circuit design allows automatic switching between exhaust and intake circuits without the need for manual pipe plugging,ensuring continuous monitoring and dynamic correction of gas flow.The system also employs embedded programming,is equipped with a back lit LCD screen and includes a USB interface for data interaction and remote control with the host computer program.Experimental validation has shown that the instrument meets the calibration procedure requirements and exhibits high reliability in practical application.The instrument has a high degree of automation,which reduces human operational errors and enhances the reliability and consistency of data.The instrument was successfully tested in the soil radon measurement,therefore,it provides strong technical support for related research and broad application prospects in the field of uranium exploration.
