摘要
本文从团体标准和社会团体两个维度来分析我国医院团体标准化工作现状,识别医院领域团体标准化工作现阶段存在的问题,并针对性提出对策建议。研究利用统计分析方法研究标准发布数量、起草单位数量等分布规律,通过“词云”方法解析医院领域团体标准主题,运用社会网络分析法探究已发布医院领域团体标准的社会团体及起草单位的活跃度演进。分析结果显示,我国医院领域团体标准数量持续增长、定位准确,但应紧跟《关于促进团体标准规范优质发展的意见》等政策引领进一步提升标准质量。我国发布医院领域团体标准的社会团体数量较多、活跃度不均,应充分激发其他主体活力。
This paper analyzes the current situation of association standards and social associations in China’s hospital standardization work,identifies the problems in the current stage of hospital association standardization work,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.It uses statistical analysis methods to study the distribution laws of the number of released standards and drafting units,and uses the“word cloud”method to analyze the themes of association standards in the hospital field.It also uses the social network analysis method to explore the activity evolution of social groups and drafting units that have already published association standards in the hospital field.The analysis results show that the number of association standards in China’s hospital field continues to grow with accurate positioning,but the quality of the standards needs to be further improved in line with policies such as the Opinions on Promoting the Standardization and High-quality Development of Association Standards.There are many social groups that publish association standards in the hospital field in China with uneven activity levels,and other entities’enthusiasm should be fully stimulated..
