摘要
目的分析支原体肺炎后慢性咳嗽患儿采用桑菊饮加减联合孟鲁司特治疗的效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月平凉市静宁县中医医院收治的386例支原体肺炎后慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,按不同治疗方法分为两组,每组193例。孟鲁司特组给予孟鲁司特治疗,桑菊饮联合组行桑菊饮加减联合孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、中医症状积分、嗜酸性粒细胞、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-4水平及肺功能指标。结果桑菊饮联合组治疗总有效率为98.96%(191/193),高于孟鲁司特组的90.67%(175/193),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.404,P<0.05)。桑菊饮联合组治疗第2、6、10天的中医症状评分、治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-4水平、呼气峰值流量、第1秒用力呼气容积均优于孟鲁司特组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论桑菊饮加减联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支原体肺炎后慢性咳嗽疗效显著,可明显减轻患儿的咳嗽症状,且肺功能恢复良好。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of modified Sangju Decoction combined with montelukast in the treatment of children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 386 children with chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Jingning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 193 cases in each group.The montelukast group was treated with montelu⁃kast,and the Sangju Decoction combined group was treated with modified Sangju Decoction combined with montelukast.The total effective rate of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,eosinophils,Creactive protein,interleukin-4 level and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in Sangju Decoction combined group was 98.96%(191/193),which was higher than 90.67%,(175/193)in montelukast group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.404,P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms on the 2 nd,6 th and 10 th day of treatment,the levels of eosinophils,C-reactive protein,interleukin-4 level,peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in the first second in the Sangju Decoction combined group were significantly better than those in the montelukast group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sangju Decoction combined with montelukast is effective in the treatment of chronic cough after mycoplasma pneumonia in chil⁃dren,which can significantly reduce the cough symptoms of children,and the recovery of lung function is good.
