摘要
为了实现尾砂的资源化利用,以广东广业云硫矿业有限公司尾砂为主要原料,添加棕褐土、水泥和MRT土壤固化剂制备路基材料。结果表明:尾砂具有较好的胶凝性能;当尾砂占比为70%,棕褐土占比为15%,425级P.O水泥占比为15%,添加2.5%的MRT土壤固化剂,所制备试件的无侧限抗压强度最高。对尾砂基筑路材料表面喷洒浓度为200 g/L的MRT封层固化剂时,所制备的筑路材料可以承载100~120 t的车辆。最佳配比下筑路材料毒性浸出试验结果满足相关标准要求,不会造成二次污染。实际道路应用及粉尘测试结果表明,铁尾矿基道路洒水1.5 h后的粉尘浓度为0.28 mg/m^(3),可以大大降低运输过程中的粉尘污染。铁尾砂基筑路材料可以代替传统的水泥基筑路材料使用,具有良好的经济效益与生态效益。
In order to realize the resource utilization of tailings,the tailings of Guangdong Guangye Yunliu Mining Co.,Ltd.are used as the main raw material to prepare the subgrade material by adding mine brown cinnamon soil,cement and MRT soil curing agent.The results show that the tailings have good cementitious properties.When the proportion of tailings is 70%,the proportion of brown cinnamon soil is 15%,and the proportion of 425 grade P.O cement is 15%,2.5%MRT soil curing agent is added on the basis of the total amount,the unconfined compressive strength of the specimen is the highest.When the surface of the tailings-based road construction material is sprayed with MRT sealing layer curing agent with concentration of 200 g/L,the prepared road construction material can carry 100~120 t vehicles.The results of toxicity leaching test of road construction materials under the optimal ratio meet the requirements of relevant standards and will not cause secondary pollution.The actual road application and dust test results show that the dust concentration of the iron tailings-based road is 0.28 mg/m3 after 1.5 h of watering,which can greatly reduce the dust pollution during transportation.The iron tailings-based road construction material can replace the traditional cement-based road construction material,which has good economic and ecological benefits.
