摘要
某东汽660 MW机组调试过程中出现5号轴瓦振动超标现象,导致机组跳闸事故。对事故过程进行分析总结,利用现场振动监测系统进行数据分析。判断机组因动静碰磨导致振动异常,继而引发机组跳闸。东汽该类型机组轴封径向间隙局部偏小,在低背压运行工况中,径向轴封间隙持续缩小,导致发生动静碰磨故障,动静碰磨使汽轮机轴系产生热不平衡量,引起轴系振动异常。通过机组重新起动,严格控制运行参数,逐渐进行动静部分磨合等手段进行振动治理,机组顺利通过168 h满负荷试运,为同类型机组振动异常提供参考。
During the commissioning of a 660 MW unit of Dongqi,the vibration of the No.5 bearing exceeded the standard,resulting in a tripping accident of the unit.The accident process was analyzed and summarized,and the on-site vibration monitoring system was used for data analysis.It is judged that the vibration of the unit is abnormal due to dynamic and static friction,and then the unit trips.In the case of low back pressure operation,the radial shaft seal clearance continues to shrink,resulting in dynamic and static friction failures,which cause thermal unbalance in the shaft system of the steam turbine and cause abnormal vibration of the shaft system.Through the re-start of the unit,strict control of the operating parameters,and gradual implementation of dynamic and static part running-in and other means of vibration control,the unit successfully passed the 168 h full-load trial operation,providing a reference for the abnormal vibration of the same type of unit.
