摘要
探讨分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的应用价值。选取2022年10月-2023年10月100例接受肾脏生化检验的肾脏疾病患者为研究对象,并将患者随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各50例。对照组患者行常规检验法,观察组患者行分级检验法,对比两组患者不同数据情况。研究结果显示,观察组患者各指标数据均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者检验阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生化检验完成时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组漏诊人数及误诊人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,与常规检验法相比,分级检验法在肾脏生化检验中的价值更高,可提升检验阳性率,提高患者满意度,减轻患者身体及心理负担,缩短检验完成时间,值得临床推广应用。
To explore the application value of grading test in renal biochemical examination.A total of 100 patients with kidney disease who underwent renal biochemical testing from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were tested by routine test,and the patients in the observation group were tested by grading test,and the different data of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the data of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the completion time of biochemical tests in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of missed diagnoses and misdiagnoses in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that compared with the conventional test method,the graded test method has higher value in renal biochemical testing,which can improve the test positivity rate,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the physical and psychological burden of patients,and shorten the test completion time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
