数字孪生水文站建设关键技术与应用

Research on key technologies for construction and application of digital twin hydrological stations

摘要 为进一步强化水文监测预警能力与水文站网综合管理能力,准确高效掌握水文要素变化趋势,为水旱灾害防御提供可视化、数字化、智慧化决策辅助和技术支撑,以数据底板、底层感知为基础,以水文站业务全流程管理为重点,进行数字孪生水文站模块化开发和系统化构建。以宣城水文站为例,建设以智慧水情、值班管理、日志中心、数据中心等为重点的水文站业务管理体系,同时运用数字孪生理念和技术体系,开发了监测预警体系、智慧场景应用、测验场景模拟、洪水模拟计算与预演、水文数据反演等算法模块。通过水文站数字孪生平台的建设,实现了水文站业务全链条和管理、服务全过程的数字化映射、场景化模拟和智慧化管控工作。 To further strengthen hydrological monitoring and early warning capabilities,as well as the comprehensive management of hydrological station networks,and to accurately and efficiently track changes in hydrological elements,we focused on providing visualized,digitized,and intelligent decision support and technical backing for flood and drought disaster prevention.Based on data infrastructure and foundational sensing,with an emphasis on end-to-end management of hydrological station operations,we involved the modular development and systematic construction of digital twin hydrological stations.Taking the Xuancheng Hydrological Station as an example,a business management system was developed,which centered on smart hydrological conditions,duty management,log centers,and data centers.Concurrently,the concepts and technologies of digital twins were employed to develop algorithmic modules for monitoring and early warning systems,smart scenario applications,test scenario simulations,flood simulation calculations and rehearsals,and hydrological data inversion.The construction of the digital twin platform for hydrological stations enables the digital mapping,scenario simulation,and intelligent control of the entire operational chain and management process of the hydrological station.
