超高压变电站运行维护风险分析及控制

摘要 为控制超高压变电站运行维护风险,保障电力系统稳定性与安全性,文章重点研究超高压变电站运行维护过程中的风险分析及控制策略。分析了超高压变电站运行遇到的各种风险,如设备故障、自然灾害等。设计了一套全面的风险控制模型,包括总体框架设计、功能模块设计、关键技术的集成与应用以及模型部署与实现。为验证该模型实用性,以某超高压变电站为例,进行了应用效果分析。结果表明,设计的风险控制模型能有效识别与控制超高压变电站运行维护中的风险,提高变电站的运行安全性与可靠性,对指导实际变电站的风险管理和控制具有重要意义。 In order to control the operation and maintenance risk of UHV substation and ensure the stability and security of power system,this paper focuses on the risk analysis and control strategy in the operation and maintenance process of UHV substation.Various risks encountered in operation of UHV substation are analyzed,such as equipment failure and natural disaster.A set of comprehensive risk control model is designed,including the overall framework design,function module design,key technology integration and application,model deployment and implementation.In order to verify the practicability of the model,a UHV substation is taken as an example,and the application effect is analyzed.The results show that the designed risk control model can effectively identify and control the risks in the operation and maintenance of the UHV substation,improve the operation safety and reliability of the substation,and has important significance for guiding the risk management and control of the actual substation.
