基于博弈论—云模型的医院建筑火灾风险评估

摘要 为了评估医院建筑火灾风险,提出基于博弈论—云模型的医院建筑火灾风险评价模型。通过分析医院建筑火灾的事故原因,建立了包含16个评价指标的医院建筑火灾风险评价指标体系,将博弈理论的综合赋权思想和云模型理论结合,构建了基于博弈论—云模型的医院建筑火灾风险评价模型,用该模型来确定各评价指标的综合权重和评价对象的风险等级;将该模型应用于某医院,评价得出火灾风险等级为“较安全”,与现实情况基本一致。结果表明:所建模型可以用于公共医院建筑火灾风险评价,可为公共医院建筑火灾评估提供借鉴。 In order to evaluate the risk of hospital building fires,proposes a hospital building fire risk assessment model based on game theory cloud model.By analyzing the causes of hospital building fires,a risk assessment index system for hospital building fires was established,which includes 16 evaluation indicators.The comprehensive weighting idea of game theory and cloud model theory were combined to construct a hospital building fire risk assessment model based on game theory cloud model.This model was used to determine the comprehensive weight of each evaluation indicator and the risk level of the evaluation object;Applying this model to a hospital,the fire risk level was evaluated as"relatively safe",which is consistent with the actual situation.The results indicate that the established model can be used for fire risk assessment of public hospital buildings,and can provide reference for fire assessment of public hospital buildings.
