摘要
绩效考核体系,是评价高校综合教育效果的有效途径。目前,各高校的绩效考核工作存在着绩效考核制度流于形式、考核标准单一等问题。文章从目标管理视角下高校绩效考核体系构建存在的问题、必要性、原则入手,着重分析目标管理视角下构建高校绩效考核体系的流程,即确定目标、制定指标、绩效沟通、绩效考评、结果应用,以期对高校合理设计绩效考核体系并发挥绩效考核体系作用有一定的帮助。
The performance appraisal system is an effective way to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive education in universities.At present,there are problems in the performance evaluation work of various universities,such as the performance evaluation system being superficial and the evaluation standards being single.The article starts with the problems,necessity,and principles of constructing a performance evaluation system for universities from the perspective of goal management.It focuses on analyzing the process of constructing a performance evaluation system for universities from the perspective of goal management,including determining goals,setting indicators,communicating performance,evaluating performance,and applying results.The aim is to provide some help for universities to design a reasonable performance evaluation system and play its role.
