摘要
本文简要分析了餐饮食品安全管理的意义以及存在的问题,并提出了完善食品安全监督体制、加强餐饮食品质量检查、积极开展培训、加强诚信体制建设及做好宣传教育等加强餐饮食品安全管理的对策,期望能够为相关人员提供参考。
This article briefly analyzes the significance of catering food safety management and the existing problems in catering food safety management,and proposes measures to strengthen catering food safety management,such as improving the food safety supervision system,strengthening catering food quality inspection,actively carrying out training,strengthening the construction of the integrity system,and doing a good job in publicity and education.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for relevant personnel.
