摘要
针对机场行李分拣装载作业中,大尺寸、不规则及无序随动箱体难以精确定位和抓取的问题,基于多传感器信息的行李信息识别方案,并结合二分搜索算法和时间同步估计模型设计了一套用于行李数字化物流管理与自适应分拣装载的系统.经机场现场分拣装载试验表明,该系统的数据通讯流程平均用时为925 ms,点云处理和抓取规划算法平均耗时为22.1 ms,分拣装载时间低于20 s/件,行李抓取成功率超过90%.由此表明,该系统能够显著提升机场行李处理的效率和准确性,可为行李装载系统的改造和升级提供技术参考.
An automated baggage sorting and loading system was devised for airports,addressing challenges in accurately manipulating large,irregular,and dynamic luggage.This approach,combined with a binary search algorithm and a time synchronization estimation model,facilitated the design of a system for digital logistics management,addressing adaptive sorting and loading of baggage.Field trials revealed an average data communication process duration of 925 ms and point cloud processing and grasp planning times of 22.1 ms,achieving a sorting and loading speed under 20 s/item with over 90%gripping success.These results indicate significant enhancement in airport baggage handling efficiency and accuracy,highlighting substantial potential for application in upgrading airport loading areas.
