摘要
针对起重机绿色程度的评价问题,文中提出了一种基于组合赋权云模型的起重机绿色评价方法。首先综合考虑半门式起重机的结构特征、作业特点及其全生命周期,从生产阶段、服役阶段和报废回收3个方面,根据相应的指标选取原则构造出包括目标层、准则层和因素层的多级评价指标体系。其次,采用AHP-CRITIC法对各层评级指标进行权重赋值,并利用云模型处理专家评判数据,同时结合欧式相似度获取评价指标体系的隶属度。最后以某在役半门式起重机为例对该方法进行了验证,结果表明该起重机绿色度较好,但仍可通过相应措施提升整机的绿色程度。
As for the green evaluation of cranes,in this paper,a crane green evaluation method based on combined weighted cloud model is proposed.Firstly,considering the structural characteristics,operation characteristics and the whole life cycle of the semi-gantry crane,a multi-level evaluation indicator system including target layer,criterion layer and factor layer was constructed from the aspects of production stage,service stage and scrap recovery according to the corresponding indicator selection principles.Secondly,AHP-CRITIC method was adopted to assign weights to rating indicators at all levels,and expert evaluation data was processed with the cloud model.In addition,the membership degree of the evaluation indicator system was obtained by combining the Euclidean similarity.Finally,taking a semi-gantry crane in service as an example,the method was verified.The results show that the crane has a good green degree,but there is still room for improvement of the whole crane by adopting corresponding measures.
