摘要
为完善病人排队候诊流程,提升医院服务水平和工作效率,本文根据医院实际情况,从软、硬件两方面全面升级优化分诊排队系统,并介绍系统构成、系统流程、实施过程关键点。升级优化分诊排队系统可以使门诊就诊更有秩序,能够优化就诊环境和服务流程,提高医院服务效率和患者就诊体验,帮助医院树立良好形象。
To improve queue waiting process of patients,enhance hospital service level,and improve work efficiency,the paper upgraded and optimized triage queuing system from both software and hardware aspects based on actual situation of the hospital comprehensively,and introduced composition,process and process key points of the system.Upgrading and optimizing the triage queuing system can standardize order of outpatient visits,optimize treatment environment and process,improve service efficiency and experience of patients,and establish a good image of the hospital.
