Gibbs反思循环教学法在血透中心护士规范化技能教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的 分析Gibbs反思循环教学法在血透中心护士规范化技能教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年3月—2023年1月于本院血透中心工作的41名护士为研究对象,并随机将其分为实验组(n=21)与常规组(n=20)。其中,实验组采用Gibbs反思循环教学法,常规组采用常规护理教学法。对两组护士在教学后的教学成绩优秀率、评判性思维能力、自我导向学习能力以及教学前、后自我效能评分和教学评价分数进行对比。结果 教学后,实验组的教学成绩优秀率高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组批判性思维能力较常规组更加优秀(P<0.05);实验组自我导向学习能力优于常规组(P<0.05);两组自我效能均有所改善,且实验组高于常规组(P<0.05);实验组教学评价分数高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 Gibbs反思循环教学法在血透中心护士规范化技能教学的应用中效果显著。该教学方法可提高护士的理论知识储备,增强技能熟练度,提高评判性思维能力与自我导向学习能力,有助于之后更好地学习和服务,并且提高护士自我效能,提高其进行临床护理的信心。 Objective To analyze application effect of Gibbs reflective cycle teaching method in standardized skill teaching for nurses in hemodialysis center.Methods The paper chose 41 nurses in hemodialysis center of our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023,and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly with casting lots method.21 cases experimental group were treated with Gibbs reflective cycle teaching method,and 20 cases in control group with routine nursing teaching method.Excellent teaching rate between two groups was observed after teaching.Critical thinking ability,self directed learning ability after teaching,self effect evaluation before and after teaching and teaching evaluation scores were compared.Results Excellent teaching rate of experimental group after teaching was higher than routine group(P<0.05).Experimental group had better critical thinking ability than routine group(P<0.05),better self-directed learning ability than control group(P<0.05).Both groups had improvement in self-efficacy,that of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Teaching evaluation scores of experimental group were higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gibbs reflective cycle teaching method can achieve significant effect in standardized skills teaching of nurses in hemodialysis center,can improve theoretical knowledge reserve of nurses,enhance skill proficiency,critical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability,facilitate better learning in future,improve self-efficacy and confidence in clinical nursing,with relatively higher teaching evaluation scores.
