摘要
药事管理学涉及药学的各个方向,各个层面,与所有药事活动都联系密切。药事管理学是药学类专业的核心课程,也是课程思政的主要阵地。文章基于培养有思想有高度的新型药学人才,以满足我国医药行业高速发展的需求,探索高等院校药学相关专业药事管理学教学的多方位改革。根据当代大学生知识来源丰富和思维表现活跃的时代特点,提出融入思政的教学理念、灵活多样的教学方法、与时俱进的教学内容、多项综合的评价体系,4项并举的立体式课程思政教学模式,并将该教学模式应用到药事管理学的教学过程中。文章对苏州大学药学院3个药学类专业的本科学生,进行了3年的教学实践,取得学生及用人单位的一致好评,为新型药学人才培养过程中相关专业课程的教学模式提供了有益的思路。
Pharmaceutical management involves all directions and levels of pharmacy,and is closely linked to all pharmacy activities.The pharmaceutical management is the core course of pharmacy class,and it is also the main position to integrate into course with ideology and politics.Based on the cultivation of new pharmacy talents with thoughtful and high-level to meet the needs of the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical industry,the paper explores the multifaceted reform of pharmaceutical management teaching in pharmacy-related majors in higher education institutions.According to the characteristics of contemporary college students who have rich knowledge and active thinking,a three-dimensional teaching mode with ideology and politics is proposed,which includes ideological and political teaching concept,flexible and diversified teaching methods,stay up-to-date teaching contents,and multiple comprehensive evaluation systems.And this teaching mode has been put into practice for three years in the teaching process of pharmaceutical management for undergraduate students of three pharmacy majors in the college of pharmaceutical sciences of Suzhou Medical College of Soochow University,and has achieved unanimous praise from students and employers.It provides useful ideas for the teaching mode of related professional courses in the process of cultivating new pharmacy talents.
