摘要
随着时代的进步和医疗技术水平的不断发展,国家和社会对医学人才的培养要求越来越高,住院医师规范化培训作为时代的产物,是医学生成长为一名合格医师的必经之路。在住院医师规范化培训这条道路上,检验医学科任重道远。笔者在多年的管理工作中也发现了一些问题,根据学科的特殊性,找到了相应的解决对策,同时思考了检验医学科住院医师能力培养问题以及如何进一步提高检验医学科的教学质量,以期为祖国培养岗位胜任力强的现代高素质医学人才提供参考。
With the progress of the times and the development of medical technology level,the state and society have higher and higher requirements for the training of medical talents,as the product of the times,the standardized residency training is the only way for medical students to grow into a qualified doctor.On the road of standardized residency training,medical laboratory specialty has a long way to go,the research group has also found some problems in the years of management work,and found the corresponding solutions according to the particularity of the discipline,at the same time,this paper pays emphasis on the ability training of resident doctor in medical laboratory and how to improve the teaching quality,in order to provide a reference to cultivate modern high-quality medical talents with strong competence.
