先张法预应力空心板病害分析及处置对策研究

摘要 先张法预应力空心板梁桥应用广泛,经过多年运营后逐渐出现底板纵向裂缝、底板横向裂缝、腹板斜向裂缝及铰缝损伤等多种典型病害。这些病害产生的主要原因是设计缺陷及施工质量缺陷,交通荷载作用和环境侵蚀是病害发展的直接原因。为做好空心板梁的养护维修,建议采用底板灌浆修复底板纵向裂缝,采用HB-FRP加固法修复底板跨中横向裂缝,采用“植筋+高性能混凝土浇筑”工艺提升梁端抗剪承载能力。铰缝根据损坏程度可针对性地采用灌浆加固、重做现浇层和重做铰缝等方式提升桥梁整体刚度。 The application of pre-stressed hollow slab beam bridges is widespread.After years of operation,they gradually exhibit various typical diseases such as longitudinal cracks in the bottom slab,transverse cracks in the bottom slab,diagonal cracks in the webs,and damage to the hinged joint.The main causes of these diseases are design defects and construction quality defects,while the action of traffic loads and environmental erosion are the direct causes of their development.To properly maintain and repair hollow slab beams,it is recommended to use bottom slab grouting to repair longitudinal cracks in the bottom slab,HB-FRP reinforcement method to repair transverse cracks in the middle of the bottom slab,and“rebar planting+high-performance concrete pouring”technology to enhance the shear bearing capacity at the beam ends.According to the degree of damage,the hinge joint can be reinforced with grouting,the cast-in-place layer can be remade,and the hinge joint can be remade to improve the overall stiffness of the bridge.
