高空块瓦坡屋面整体倾斜滑脱险情处置施工技术

摘要 坡屋面是房屋建筑屋面经常采用的构造形式,但在建造过程中,往往更加注重坡屋面的造型和功能,忽略坡屋面的整体稳定性,特别是对于角度较大的坡屋面,整体滑脱的风险更大。同时,房屋建筑在交付使用后,房屋管理方一般会疏于对高层屋面、外墙的巡查,容易导致隐患不断累积,最终造成非常严重的后果。根据实际发生的案例,详细阐述高空坡屋面整体倾斜滑脱的排险和加固施工技术,借以引起建筑从业者的重视。 The construction technology for handling the risk of overall tilting and sliding of high-altitude tile sloping roofs is a common structural form used in building roofs.However,during the construction process,more attention is often paid to the shape and function of sloping roofs,while neglecting the overall stability of sloping roofs.Especially for sloping roofs with larger angles,the risk of overall sliding increases.At the same time,after the delivery and use of the building,the housing management usually neglects the inspection of the high-rise roof and exterior walls,which can easily lead to the accumulation of hidden dangers and ultimately result in very serious consequences.Based on actual cases,this paper elaborates on the risk prevention and reinforcement construction techniques for the overall tilting and sliding of high-altitude sloping roofs,in order to attract the attention of construction practitioners.
